    My husband and I had our cars and home insurance with State Farm for years. We got tired of the rate increases and lack of customer service. I got quotes from 3 different insurance agencies and Gary Thacker was not only the lowest price but their customer service is amazing!!! Everything was completed over email, which saved me so much time. Anytime I call or email they are quick to respond and very helpful. They have been such a blessing to us.

    Terrible customer service and judgment attitude towards my Dad. And when I asked him what his name was (,Charlie) he wasn't even apologetic just even more smirk. They should be more concerned about customer service and less concerned about walking around looking superior! Try to treat people with respect and live by the principles of how you would want to be treated. Ask for details before just dismissing them!!

    I have had my middle child there since she was 6 weeks old, she is 4 now. I have had some problems and sometimes I feel they need more people but it's normal for a daycare. She has always been taken really good care of. If she was ever hurt I got a call right away. It's always clean, my daughter has never been overly sick or ever come home with lice. She loves all the teachers and has loved being there. I have a new baby and she is going there now too. I have recommend this place to friends and they have their children there also.
